Taco Bell Franchise Cost

By August 4, 2010

Follow me on:

What does it cost to open a Taco Bell Franchise? I get this questions all the time.  The Taco Bell franchise is owned by Yum! Brands and is the largest Mexican Quick Style Service restaurant in the world. Thirty five million people per week eat in a Taco Bell franchise. There are currently almost 4,000 locations worldwide.

Taco Bell Franchise Costs:

Cash Investment: A stand alone Taco Bell location would be between $1,200,000 and $1,700,000. This does not include land or lease costs.

Requirements: You need to have a net worth of over $1,000,000 and $360,000 in cash available and must commit to open 3 Taco Bell Franchises in 3 years!

Are Taco Bell and KFC still owned by Pepsi? Taco Bell though not healthy has always been franchise than can provide a very inexpensive meal especially if you stick to their basic products such as, tacos and bean burritos.

I understand that you are not answering these questions because anyone interested in a serious Taco Bell franchise would be able to spell correctly.

However, the questions presented are in fact, good questions. My husband and I have always talked about opening a Taco Bell “up north”. I knew it was always a pipe dream, but secretly wanted it to happen…then one night I googled it, and came across this page. I instantly became angry at how expensive it was to have the food you absolutely love available to you and to the surrounding communities.

I will continue to google the recipies for Taco Bell and the secrets behind the chalupa baja beef awesomeness until one day, some bitter ex-employee spills all. Until then, eff you, Mr. Taco Bell Franchise. It’s probably a good thing I can’t afford a franchise, because I’d be 450 lbs instead of 250 lbs.
